And, with spring in the air, we've been working hard to complete my first yoga DVD before the studio closes (so that you won't miss me for too long while I prepare for the <a href="../../teacher-training/">Yoga Teacher Training</a> this summer (June &amp; July 2012)</p>
<p>This last week was busy with World Water Day and reminder of Earth Hour (8:30-9:30pm. Mar. 31) as well as Earth Day (April 22)...oh...and I'm working on my taxes, too - ugh!</p>

Not only did they come to THRIVE! to do some yoga, but I also got to fulfill a lifelong dream and be on their cooking show!! :) I helped Danny out in the 'caravane' kitchen (what a cool setup) and, despite the chilly weather, I wish it could have lasted longer! Merci a tous!!</p>

What a treat to have spent time learning and sharing with a great  group of like-minded colleagues turned friends and, of course, reconnecting with <a href="http://www.integrativeyogatherapy.com/">Joseph, Lillian</a> &amp; <a href="http://samaryacenter.org/">Molly</a> again! Thanks to everyone who  made my time there really special!</p>
