"Yoga is the practice of tolerating the consequences of being yourself." - Bhagavad Gita
"Serena walks the talk - reflects the Energy, Light, and Heart of Yoga! Her practice of yoga is an inspiring lifestyle. She is a wonderful yoga practitioner, therapist, and human. She has a wonderful gift in her teaching and practice...she changes/engages/stimulates lives - I feel mine has changed and I am so excited to find the directions this takes me!!" - Patty (New York)
"Serena's teaching techniques are so well put together from the Asana practice in the morning to the last lecture of the day...the learning and knowledge was EXPERIENCED. I feel so honoured to have experienced my IYT 200 hr Training here!!! I would love for others to be able to share in Serena's unique teaching style!" - Shauna (Winnipeg)
"Thank you, Serena, for your practice, for your honesty, for your way of embodying yoga on and off the mat. Thank you for the way you have assisted me (on and off the mat). I feel so very cared for, validated, acknowledged, accepted, allowed. Thank you for welcoming my sharing with such an open, trusting heart. I am infinitely grateful, honoured, humbled..."
My experience with IYT at Thrive Naturally was beyond my expectations. I was so impressed with how each student's interests were addressed, complimented with additional learnings. I felt personally valued and respected. I feel that Serena is a teacher who opens to see the potential in each student and then works towards guiding each one towards possible pathways to take so that goals, that perhaps weren't even anticipated, could be met. In my eyes, Serena shows integrity and commitment to consciously living, to the best of her ability, the 8 limbs of Yoga. I have much gratitude for the blessing of training through Thrive Naturally with Serena Arora... - Linda (St. Paul)
